The National Chairman Association of Local Government Vice Chairman of Nigeria and
the Vice Chairman Ikorodu Local Government Princess Folashade Olabanji Oba joined the well wishers of Senator Adetokunbo Mikhail Abiru to shower him encomiums and prayers as he celebrated his 60th birthday without funfare.
Newsconnect reports that Senator Abiru who clocked sixty today March 25, 2024 decided not to have any social activities or party, instead, gave out food pack palliatives to over ten thousand households across Lagos East Senatorial District to cushion the effect of hardship on them.
In an interview with newsmen at the constituency office of Senator Abiru, Princess Folashade said;
“Distinguished Senator Abiru is a man of the people. As you can see, the reach out today and across board is phenomenon.
“Putting smiles on the faces of the people is one of his favourite. As a protégé, he is a mentor, a quintessential leader, and we are all benefactors of his great tutelage.
“We are forever grateful for the gift of him. Our prayer for him is that he continues to achieve laudable and greater heights. He is a man of the people that listens. He is a talk and do. We can only just say thank you. We are forever grateful for the gift of him.
“I wish I can give him more because he really deserves more. We pray that the good lord continue to be with him, strengthen him to continue to achieve greater height. All in all, this great land will forever be blessed because of him”. She said
