He said he has hit the ground running to continue in that trajectory.

“We are going to sustain another progressive journey and of course I will bring in new innovations for the people of Odi-olowo Ojuwoye.

“This is a call to service and it is something I am very conscious about.

“I resume work Monday and of course we have started work as we deem fit. We just did the proclamation of the house which is of course the swearing of councilors into office.

“As you have witnessed, you can see the peaceful process and procedure that they have adopted. It shows we are relatively peaceful people within this community, and of course the councillors understand all the rights and positions.

“They are another arm of government where they have legislative duties to guide this administration . I believe honestly we are going to work together, we are going to collaborate to achieve this great journey together.

“We appreciate all the support our people have given us, we want them to continue to support this government. This is a government that will sustain all that we have achieved in the past eight years. And of course there is a lot to be reviewed in the coming days. We have started the journey, we have started very early, and I can assure you, a lot has gone on in the last few hours”
