At the 2025 Real Estate Conference & Recognition award organized by Prestige Real Estate News at LCCI, speakers at the event analysed the marketing techniques and challenges inherent in real estate development.

Newsconnect reports that 2025 Real Estate Conference & Recognition Award (RECRA 2025) theme was dubbed “Real Estate Development, Marketing and Challenges.”

The convener and the Publisher of Prestige Real Estate News Mr Wale Abiodun in his welcome salvo appreciated those who believe in their intervention in the real estate business.

“I want to express my appreciation to the awardees, supporters and those who believe in what we are doing. You are welcome, we appreciate you and may God continue to prosper you.

Innovative Property Investment Platform Unveiled

Delivering the keynote, Mr. Ojabulu Ehimare, MD/CEO of Grands Roise Verified Properties Within Limited, introduced PROPFUNDZ.COM, a yet-to-launch crowdfunding platform for small-scale real estate developers.

The platform connects developers with potential investors and ensures risk management through insurance policies and third-party project verification.

“Each project must have insurance at 0.5% of the amount. We also engage independent agents to verify viability. It’s about building trust for both developers and investors,” Ehimare stated.

Awardees Share Reactions and Aspirations

Hon. Demechi Godwin Daniel of Dangels Properties Investment Limited, representing a national rent contractors’ organization, expressed surprise at his recognition.

Hon. Emeka Tochukwu, MD/CEO of Andremeks Services Limited, reflected on the importance of visibility.

“It shows people are watching. This is a call to keep pushing, even when it feels unnoticed.”

Uwandi John Ogochukwu, Director of Operations at SanielDans Properties Limited, described his recognition as both rewarding and inspiring.

“This plaque is a call to more service. We must always remember that our actions are being seen.”

Skepticism Turned Trust

A recipient identified as Hon.Mrs Maria Ovuson shared their initial doubts about the legitimacy of the recognition.

“I feel very happy. Awards should motivate us to do more. We must never stop — just keep going and keep achieving.”

The RECRA 2025 not only offered critical dialogue on real estate marketing and challenges but also amplified the voices of professionals whose contributions are shaping Nigeria’s real estate future.

“We didn’t apply. The award came because of our work. That alone is a reason to keep going.”

Mr. Olamuyiwa Abdulazeez, Chairman of Footy Group of Companies, traveled from Nevada to attend.

“This is a huge morale booster for our team. We’re committed to expanding across Nigeria and delivering integrity-based service.”

Hon. Vincent Okonkwo of YOUVIN Nigerian Enterprises, awarded for over 25 years of service, said:

“We’re just three years in, but we’re pushing to reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit. Funding and government hurdles exist, but we remain resilient.”
