The Chairman of the marvelous people in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada (Mayoress) has expressed gratitude to all stakeholders who made the 2025 local council election hitch free.
Newsconnect reports that Mayoress in an interview with journalists after receiving her certificate of return at LASIEC’s office thanked the Chairman of LASIEC Justice Bola Okikiolu – Ighile (rtd.), and the entire team for their efforts towards making electoral process seamless.
She extended her appreciation to Governor Sanwo-olu, the State Chairman of APC Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, APC leaders and the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria who gave women the platform to express their political prowess.
“It was very very peaceful, and it wasn’t stressful. We commend the Governor of Lagos State for his impact in the process and for a good job. He is a listening Governor, and he has done it again. Thank you Mr Governor, and to the entire team that work with Mr Governor.
“The State Chairman, the leaders of the party, I also thank Mr President for given women support. My heart is where my community is”. She said.
