With a heart full of fulfillment and gratitude to God Almighty for sparing the lives of pupils, students, teachers, and non-teaching staff of both public and private schools within Oshodi-Isolo local government, the executive chairman, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has joyously welcome all back to school.
The council mayor, while welcoming the pupils back to school for a refreshing second term session of the 2024/2025 academic session, congratulated them for witnessing the new term and assured them of a more conducive learning environment.
Oloyede said the ongoing school reconstruction at Saint Paul Primary School will be completed on time as well as equipping it with modern learning materials to ease learning and teaching.
The council honcho said aside from school rehabilitation, he will as always provide school materials to pupils across the government-owned schools to aid learning.
Otunba Oloyede prayed for a smooth sailing academic sojourn for the pupils, their teachers, and non-teaching staff as they began the new term.
He said; “I am delighted to welcome our pupils and all stakeholders in the education sector to yet another new term of 2024/2025 academic session. This term is unique and we are glad to welcome you back to school.
As we welcome you to the new learning term, I want to assure you that we will not relent on our oars in ensuring a conducive learning environment for you.
Our school bus will immediately resume picking you up to and fro schools, as you will soon see us in your schools to distribute learning materials to you all to aid your learning.
Let me reiterate our commitment to leaving an everlasting legacy in the education sector as we are about to complete the Saint Paul Primary School, which, when completed, will be equipped with modern learning materials.
My dear students, as we welcome you back to school, I want to urge you to face your studies squally and make us proud in this academic journey.
