Member Lagos State House of Assembly , representing Ikeja constituency I has made a bold pledge of accessibility and grassroots-centered leadership.

‎He made this pledge during the 10th constituency meeting held today at Kudirat Abiola way, Oregun , Ojota , Lagos State.

He reassured constituents that his doors remain open at all times, declaring that no bureaucratic walls or security barriers would stand between him and the people he represents.

‎The meeting, themed “Governance in Action: The Gains of the Renewed Hope Agenda,” provided an engaging platform where residents from various wards voiced their concerns on issues ranging from infrastructure gaps to youth empowerment and social amenities.

Hon. Lawal with his rapt attention to each submission, promised that no complaint was too minor to be addressed.

‎He emphasized that true representation must go beyond lawmaking, delivering real benefits that touch the daily lives of citizens.

In a moment that drew resounding applause, he urged constituents to approach him freely, haven stresssed the importance of dialogue and collaboration.

“You can approach me anytime, any day to share your concerns. There is no tight security shutting you out. I want to hear your voices; I want us to work together,” he said, reinforcing his image as a responsive leader committed to ensuring that the dividends of democracy reach every corner of Ikeja constituency 1.

The Executive Chairman of Onigbongbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Moyosore Adebanjo, has restated his commitment to grassroots progress whereas pledged closer collaboration with lawmakers to accelerate sustainable development across the community.

‎He made this known in his welcome address. In extension, he acknowledged the presence of political leaders, party stalwarts, lawmakers, members of the legislative arm of Onigbongbo LCDA, the Chief of Staff, and community residents.

‎The Council  Chairman commended Hon. Seyi Lawal, describing  him as a visionary leader whose consistent dedication to grassroots development had inspired confidence among the people of Ikeja and Onigbongbo.

Adebanjo emphasized that the stakeholders’ meeting remained a vital democratic platform for dialogue and collective decision-making.

‎According to him, such forums create opportunities to confront pressing local challenges, set common priorities, and align legislative actions that can directly improve living standards and enhance the overall well-being of citizens.

‎He also expressed profound gratitude to Hon. Lawal for his tireless efforts in representing the people and in extension ,praised his leadership and influence as pivotal to the constituency’s progress.

‎Furthermore, Adebanjo appreciated the contributions of the residents  of Onigbongbo, haven assured them  that their voices and active participation were central to shaping government action and ensuring responsive policies.

‎Reiterating his belief in collaboration and focused dialogue, the Chairman expressed optimism that the resolutions from the meeting would translate into tangible outcomes that would benefit every resident of Onigbongbo LCDA.

‎In an Interview session with media professionals, Honourable  Adeseyi Lawal reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of constituents, citing progress in road construction, youth-focused skills acquisition, and other projects aimed at improving daily life.

He noted that public feedback and suggestions remain vital in shaping his policies and future interventions.

‎In Conclusion, Honourable Adeseyi Lawal also stressed the need for unity as he beseiged  thats residents should support his administration through  effective collaboration for collective progress. “True development can only be achieved when leaders and the people move in one direction,” he said, reinforcing his image as a responsive leader who values both delivery and grassroots partnership.
