In his usual but creative way of empowerment, The Executive Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu LCDA Mayor Dele Osinowo’s administration has done it again, proudly graduated 53 incredible students from the ‘WeLift’ training initiative in his axis.
Newsconnect reports that the graduates weren’t just handed certificates after the training, they were handed over a ‘packaged future’ so they don’t live a poor life .
For a full year, these individuals dedicated themselves to rigorous training across various fields, pushing their limits and mastering their crafts. But they weren’t just trained; they were empowered for life.
Every single graduate carted away knowledge alongside the very best resources to hit the ground running, professional, high-standard equipments designed to ensure they can compete at any level.
They are not just ready; they are equipped for excellence. They received everything from industrial steam irons and two-lion industrial machines vital for the fashion and leather industry graduates to free laptops for those mastering computer operations and graphics design, as well as industrial mixers, ovens, dryers, washers, and comprehensive tool kits for cake, confectionery, and hairdressing trainees, respectively.
WeLift is not just about training; it is about true, lasting empowerment. This administration is not just sending them out alone, but they would be monitored, guided, and supported, because success is not just about learning a skill; it’s about having the right foundation to build on.
The Mayor Dele administration is committed to real upliftment, and more is anticipated!
