The Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas,has sworn in Josiah Kente as the Special Adviser on Political Matters concurrently with 16 newly appointed Permanent Secretaries, in a ceremony held at the Executive Chamber of Government House in Jalingo.
In his remarks, he emphasized the vital role of integrity, professionalism, and dedication in public service as he encouraged the delegates to dutifully and effectively deliver their responsibilities to the state.
Governor Kefas cautioned the delegates that their decisions and actions would have a lasting impact on the state’s people and his administration’s commitment to moving the state forward.
“You are the key drivers of our governance. The people of Taraba will feel the effects of your leadership through the decisions you make daily and how you conduct your responsibilities.
“As you take up your roles, bear in mind that our administration is hinged on key priorities including good governance, service delivery, teamwork, and professionalism, and you must be exemplary in your conduct,” he urged.
