The current councilor of Ward E in Ikoyi-Obalende Fatimah Yusuf has reeled out the steps she would take when she hits the ground running.
Newsconnect reports that Fatimah a grassroot mobiliser who was born and brought up in Ikoyi-Obalende said she knows what her people want, and she is ready to give all her best to actualize it for them.
She said this in an interview with journalists at the swearing in of councillors in Ikoyi-Obalende by the Executive Chairman Bola Oladunjoye.

“This is my LCDA, I was born and brought up from this LCDA. I am grassroot mobiliser, grassroot member, so I know what my people want and I am with my people.
“In any action you want to take, you need to start with your chairman. You need to be very close with your chairman. You need to work as a team because you can’t do it alone.
“Secondly you need to go to your ward to know what and what should be fixed there. Take care of the youth, take care of the environment.

“Mobilize your sanitation department to do different works in different zone. I must ensure things are done well for the widows and widowers.
“Educationally you make sure people are educated. A good era is coming in, we are here to work and they will see the difference”. She said .
Fatimah Adejoke Yusuf Salami graduated from university of Ilorin Kwara state. She had Diploma in administrative management. She studied Guidance and counselling and psychology at University of Abuja. She is a certified telemarketers.
