The distinguished lawmaker representing Kosofe Constituency 01 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanni Ganiyu Babatunde Okanlawon, has congratulated the Chairmanship Candidates of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, and Agboyi-Ketu LCDA, Mrs Adetola Adunni Oyedele- Abubakar, on their emergence as the All Progressives Congress (APC’s) Standard Flag bearers in the forthcoming local government & local council development areas elections slated for July 12, 2025.
Hon. Okanlawon, in a congratulatory message, said Barrister Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, and Mrs Adetola Adunni Oyedele- Abubakar, among other qualified candidates expresses the confidence of the teeming party delegates, stakeholders and party members in Kosofe, Ikosoi-Isheri, and Agboyi-Ketu local government areas.
According to the lawmaker, “The victory of Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada and Mrs Adetola Adunni Oyedele- Abubakar are testaments to their exceptional leadership and undying dedication to the growth and progress of their respective local government areas. I wholeheartedly congratulate and rejoice with them”.
The emergence of Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe, Princess Samiat Bada, and Mrs. Adetola Oyedele-Abubakar as the party’s standard flag bearers is in the best interests of justice, fairness, unity, and political stability of the local government areas, according to Hon. Okanlawon, who also characterized the APC Chairmanship primaries as a free, fair, and credible process.
The lawmaker called on fellow Chairmanship aspirants, APC members, leaders, and stakeholders to unite behind the party’s standard flag bearers and put in endless effort to guarantee that the party’s candidates win the next local government elections.
