The Lagos State Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC) Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi on behalf of the party publicly expressed excitement of the sense of responsibility exhibited by Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada to deliver legacy projects for the people of Ikosi-Isheri in a short period of time.
Newsconnect reports that at the grand finale of a weeklong commissioning of 20 landmark projects, Samiat commissioned 21st century Primary health care center, legislative building, with empowerment to 500 beneficiaries of different start-up kits.
Ojelabi in his goodwill message st the event said;
“A lot has been said, my own is just to ask the people of this local government whether the material we sold to them on behalf of our party whether she has delivered or not.
“Hearing from what she has said, am pretty sure we didn’t make mistake with the choice of Mayoress Bada by giving her the opportunity to pilot the ship of this noble local government.
“From all of us, we say thank you. We appreciate you for not disappointing the party. Fulfilling the whole aspect of the covenant. The covenant is of two folds. Fortunately, it is the electorates that will go out to fulfill their own part of the covenant. Today you are able to stand before the people of this local government and beat your chest that you have have delivered.
“To the people of this local government and more importantly Kosofe local government, i want to say you are highly blessed. This local government has done very very well. I have been to Agboyi-Ketu on several occasions to commission one project or the other. I want to say categorically this lcda from Kosofe local government, happens to be the first local government in Lagos State to embark on a very very gigantic project.
“You people from this part of the state, i must say you are highly blessed. To all of you benefitting from this particular empowerment, enough of ‘Ebi n pawa’ we are hungry, this is the product of what our courageous and bold President has done.
“He has taken steps that would elevate people from poverty. The allocation she is getting from the federal allocation makes it possible. I want to urge all of you to continue to pray for Mr President.
“He is your son, he is your father and he is our product, and we are proud of him. Let us continue to remember him in our prayers. Let us strengthen and grow our party. So that comes 2027, we will be able to reciprocate”.
