The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwoolu has admonished Nigerians to be steadfast in faith and work in unity with the All Progressive Congress Administration for a better Nigeria.
He made this admonishment during the October Edition of The Redeemed Christian Church Of God (R.C.C.G) monthly thanksgiving held at it headquarters, Ebutte-Metta, Lagos State.
According to him, “The Children, Parent, elders especially the Youth should continue to pray for Nigeria, Working together in Steadfastness to enjoy the country we all hope For”
” I affirm that the Youths will be put into consideration in everything that concerns the country as it is you first , so we seek your indulgence in Cooperation as the future we believe in will surely come to pass”. He added.
Governor Sanwoolu also beckoned on the citizens to continually Intercede on Behalf of Our President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Divine guidance and exceedingly wisdom to direct the country successfully .
” We would continue to thank God for the Peace in Lagos State and Nigeria as whole as I seek your indulgence to keep praying for us especially the President, Who was one time the Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency,Bola Ahmed Tinubu for Divine guidance and Wisdom to rule the country successfully “.
He also used the medium to disclose his discussion with his Commissioners earlier on the improvement of road security as he revealed that the construction of Lagos -Ibadan express way will commence soonest ..
” While coming today, I could see the bumps on the way, wear and tears and the bad road at Lagos Ibadan Express way even coming to the Church Headquarters, I have discussed this with my commissioner and construction of the road amongst others will begin.By this time next Year, I will see improvement on the roads.
He Further highlighted the administration’s plan on the availability of Infrastructural facilities and social amenities across all communities.
” Very soon, each community will have access to enough Infrastructural Facilities and social amenities such as well equipped hospitals, schools, good road network and especially adequate Food Supply” He said.
Governor Sanwoolu expressed his heartfelt gratitude to residents for their continuous support in Lagos State .
The thanksgiving service was also graced with the presence of The Secretary to Lagos State Government, Honourable Commissioner For Women affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Honourable Commissioner For Energy, Honourable Commissioner For Special Duties and Inter-governmental Relations ,Special Adviser special business distinct, Special Adviser on Health, Special Adviser on Food Security, Special Adviser on Infrastructure, Special Adviser on enterprises and Geographic formation, special adviser on Christian Religions , amongst many other dignitaries
