In an interview with Newsconnect at the event, she said;
“This is wonderful, I have been in the system way back 1998, I have worked with other four chairmen, we have never seen this kind of things before in Kosofe local government, the transformer we are still using at Odunfa has been there 50 years ago.
“He puts smiles to all of our faces by giving us this transformer, we appreciate him, we pray God will enable him to do more for the community”. She said.

In his words after speaking with journalists at the event, he said;

“In the realm of Education, you see him performing. Refurbishing our schools, ditching out jamb forms, GCE forms, organizing tutorial lessons for our Children.
“If you go to Oworonshoki you would see a big Primary Health Centre he commissioned in partnership with access bank. He has done a lot.
“Our drainages and road . He has fixed 36 roads, this is unprecedented. For all that he has done, he deserves a pat on the back. I am not a praise singer but what he has done is worthy of commendation.
“Kosofe residents should keep faith with the APC government, the last election result wasn’t too good, they should reciprocate with their votes whenever we call on them”. He said

The Assistant Secretary APC Lagos State Chapter Honourable Mrs Adejumoke Animawun during the Commissioning of road networks in Anthony reiterated to journalists the impact the Executive Chairman has made just three years in office across all sectors in the seven wards in Kosofe.
In her words, she said;
“He is trying, he has done so many things in this our locality and in all the seven wards. He has done something that we can all boast of.
“Something the community would appreciate like the road, drainage, bore-hole water where there is no availability of clean water and so many other good things he has been doing.
“He has performed wonderfully well. Aside the road, he is taking care the old, the youth. Medically he has equipped the hospitals, he has made it a good one that at least the average people and the needy can also attend and they would receive good treatment.
“We really appreciate him, God will continue to help him and guide him too”.
Animawun enjoined users of the road to use it prudently so that whatever they do on the road would make it last longer before it’s been rehabilitated again.
“Don’t be nonchalant in taking care of the road saying, it won’t be fair. The government has a lot of things to attend to, we can’t do this and three months there is already an issue while other pressing issues are on the front burner.
“I want the users to take ownership of the road” She stressed.
