Courageous Girls Women and Children Initiative-CGWCI, a Non Governmental Organization committed to champion the energy transition , introduces the 2nd phase of the CGWCI Green Energy Project 2024/25 which promotes renewable energy sources like solar power to reduce emissions and address the climate crisis.

By providing solar energy systems in primary healthcare centers, it enhances access to quality healthcare delivery particularly for sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) survivors who are observed being left unattended as a result of their inability to access quality health services which has created evidential dilemmas in prosecuting SGBV cases and the perpetuators.

The project empowers young women and girls aged 18-35 by training them in solar energy installation to reduce the gender inequality gap.

Join us in Delta state, Nigeria, October 11th 2024 – March 31st 2025 as we host our solar energy Installation training for 100 Beneficiaries. For gender inclusiveness, we are offering this opportunity to 80% females and 20% males.
