60 year old Chief Bamidele Akingboye, was a former candidate of the social Democratic Party SDP who contested for gubernatorial race in Ondo State, In November 2024. Akingboye also known as the CEO of Clog oil Systems and President of the business Group during his life time.

Information revealed that Otunba Akingboye passed away at this Residence in Victoria Garden City (VGC) Ajah area of Lagos State recently.

His demise drew the attention of the Lagos State police Command through Ajah Divisional Police Station where the matter has earlier been reported.

The commissioner of police Lagos State, Jimoh Moshood swiftly responded to the ugly incident through the Deputy Commissioner of Police Akinbisehin Dayo in-charge of State Criminal investigation Department, Panti Yaba who Led Homicide team to the scene of the crime to unravel the TRUTH and CAUSE of Akingboye’s death.

The sudden demise of Bamidele Akingboye known for his Generousity and integrity among his peers, has created panic to the families, Residents, Ajah Community and Lagosians at large.

His eldest Son, Samuel, in an interview with Channels television demanded for the cause of his father’s Death

Sources who craved not to be named told newsbusta correspondent the late Akingboye’s lifeless body showed bruises and deep cut on his forehead and back of his neck, which needs to be reviewed by a medical expert.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Akinbisehin Dayo of SCID Lagos Led Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene forensic experts to the scene, currently investigations is ongoing while Lagosians await the final reports from the state police Command Led by C P Jimoh Moshood.
