I had the privilege of participating in the Y2026 Budget Consultative Forum for Ikorodu Division, organised by the Lagos State Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget under the leadership of the Honourable Commissioner, Mr. Ope George.
The forum, held at Ikorodu Town Hall on Thursday, 11th September, 2025, provided a valuable platform for leaders, stakeholders, and community representatives to engage in meaningful dialogue on the priorities, needs, and aspirations of our division as we collectively shape the Lagos State 2026 budget.
As Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, I was honoured to contribute to these vital discussions, ensuring that the voices of our people are well represented in the state’s development agenda.
Such forums go beyond figures—they are about charting clear pathways to sustainable growth, enhanced infrastructure, youth empowerment, and improved quality of life for our communities.
I remain fully committed to working hand-in-hand with the Lagos State Government and all stakeholders to ensure that Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, and indeed the entire Ikorodu Division, continues to experience meaningful progress.
