…first phase to feature 10 boreholes across the Local Government Area
In line with SDG 6: ensuring access to clean water and sanitation for all, Kosofe LG boss, Ogunlewe, kicks off a 20 borehole project across the LGA with the first phase featuring 10 boreholes.
The specific locations of the first 10 boreholes include Olayiwola Owoiya / Ikuomola CL Junction Oworonsoki (Ward A); Miyaki Street/ Odugbemi Str Opposite Idera Mosque (Ward B); Ayodele Okeowo Rd / Kristabel Junction, Ifako (Ward C); Diya Street by Ifako R/about , Ifako. (Ward C); Olorunlogbon Street , Anthony (Ward D); Aminu Street, Mende (Ward E);
Adeshiyan str / Biola Fadayomi Junction behind Total filling station, Ojota (Ward F); Gbadebo Str, Ojota (Ward F); Adebare Street , Ogudu (Ward G) and Eyiaro Street , Ogudu (Ward G).
This is a positive development for Kosofe residents, who have long grappled with water shortages. The boreholes will provide much-needed relief and improve the overall well-being of the people.
