The bouncing baby boy
At exactly 9:30 a.m on July 12th, 2025, the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Ikosi Primary Health Centre recorded its first childbirth — a healthy baby boy, delivered vaginally, weighing 3.8kg. Both mother and baby are stable and in good condition.
The delivery comes just three days after the centre’s commissioning on July 9th, graced by Hajiya Nana Shettima, wife of the Vice President, representing Senator Oluremi Tinubu, CON.
This milestone reflects the impact of the centre, a legacy project under the leadership of Mayoress Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada.
