The Chairmanship Candidate in Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Honourable Taoheed Adebayo Taiwo has promised to replicate the footsteps of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose national policies have increasingly focused on youth empowerment and leadership inclusion.
Newsconnect reports that Taiwo said if elected as the Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA come July 12, he is committed to replicating youth inclusion at all leadership levels in his administration.
The Solidarity walk by youths in the axis was part of their efforts to ensure victory for the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC)in 2025 local government council election.
Myriads of enthusiastic youths from Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) used the solidarity walk to declare their unwavering support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairmanship candidate, Hon. Taoheed Adebayo Taiwo (TAT), his running mate, and the six Councilorship candidates.
They marched and sang solidarity and victory song to register their unalloyed support for the party and candidature of Hon Taiwo.
Newsconnect reports that the solidarity walk,was organized by the Ejigbo Youth Force for TAT,led by Hon. Babajide Ogunmefun (Director-General of TAT Campaign )Hon. Henry Anyamele (Deputy Director-General), and Hon. Engr. Oluwaseunfunmi Adekoya (LGA Coordinator).
Also in attendance were APC ward youth leaders, Ejigbo Youth Force for TAT executives both at LGA and Wards, and influential youth stakeholders from across the LCDA which showcases unity and political engagement among the youths.
The rallying youths who began their mass solidarity march from Iyana Ejigbo through IIewe Ejigbo and terminated the solidarity movement at the campaign office of Hon Aare Taoheed Taiwo.

Addressing the mammoth crowd Hon. Taoheed Adebayo Taiwo commended the youths for their show of solidarity and reiterated his commitment to prioritizing youth development and inclusion in his administration.
He emphasized the importance of following the progressive footsteps of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose national policies have increasingly focused on youth empowerment and leadership inclusion.
“I see in you the future of Ejigbo,” Hon. TAT declared. “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has laid the foundation for youth-driven governance at the national level, and I am committed to replicating that in Ejigbo LCDA.”
He called on all young people to come out en masse and vote for all APC candidates in the forthcoming local government elections—from the Chairmanship to the Councillorship level—ensuring victory across the board.
Earlier,Hon. Oluwaseunfunmi expressed appreciation to Hon. TAT for recognizing the strategic importance of youth inclusion in governance, while assuring him of one hundred percent vote in the forthcoming July 12 local government council election
He appealed for youth-friendly policies and programs in the administration’s blueprint, highlighting the vibrancy and potential of young people in driving local development.
Oluwaseunfunmi also applauded the six APC councillorship candidates for their dedication and active participation in the solidarity walk, which he described as a movement of unity, purpose, and hope for the future of Ejigbo.
