Fashion East also operates as a creative agency, collaborating on unique projects across fashion, culture, and art.

A former Editor at Large for Love magazine, she has earned a reputation for unconventionality and newness, appearing regularly on industry power lists. In recognition of her impact, she was awarded an MBE in 2012 for services to the fashion industry.
